We pack figures in Johannesburg and send them with Aramex or a comparable South African courier. This policy sits with the Terms of Service.

1. Where we ship

South Africa only. We do not ship internationally. You must give a complete, accurate South African address.

2. When shipping is charged

Buying a capsule does not include courier fees. The figure lands in your binder first. You then queue figures into a shipment and pay shipping (or qualify for free shipping) at that step.

• Standard shipment: R100.00 flat, anywhere in South Africa.
• Free shipping: 15 figures in a single shipment. The 15th figure unlocks free courier on that shipment.
• Maximum 15 figures per shipment.

The separate retail store (when open) charges R100.00 Aramex on every retail order. Retail is not paid with store credit.

3. Timing

We aim to dispatch a paid shipment within 3 to 5 business days. Delivery dates are estimates. Weekends, public holidays, and remote addresses can add time.

4. Title and risk

Title and risk pass to you when the courier delivers to the address on the shipment. Please use an address where someone can receive the parcel.

5. Lost or damaged parcels

Lost parcels: we replace the same design, or another figure from the same cabinet at the same purchase price if that design is gone. Claim within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We replace. We do not refund courier loss in cash.
