This page explains, in plain language, how an online cabinet chooses which figure you receive. It is part of the Terms of Service.

1. What you are buying

You are buying one physical collectible figure at the cabinet’s listed price. You always receive a real figure. There are no empty capsules and no cash prizes.

Randomness only chooses which design from the remaining sealed assortment.

2. Uniform product value

Every figure from a cabinet has the same product value: that cabinet’s price. Every design from the same cabinet costs the same and is worth the same as a product purchase.

Each cabinet carries a fixed number of designs. The catalogue shows which designs are in the assortment. They are availability labels, not a prize ladder and not a different refund right.

3. Finite stock

Each cabinet holds a real pool of capsules that matches warehouse stock. When you open a capsule, that unit leaves the pool. When the pool is empty, the cabinet is sold out until we restock.

Public pages show stock bands (in stock, low stock, sold out) rather than a live unit count.

4. How a design is chosen

1. We lock the remaining pool for your purchase.
2. If nothing remains, the cabinet is sold out and no credit is taken.
3. Variety protection may exclude the design you just received several times in a row, if another design is still in stock. We do not publish per-design probability labels on the public site.
4. We pick one remaining capsule at random from that eligible set.
5. That capsule is removed, your figure is written to your binder, and we keep an allocation log.

5. Variety protection

After several of the same design from one cabinet, the next capsule is a different design if one is still in stock. This keeps the assortment mixed. It is not a better outcome and not extra value. If only that design remains, you still receive it. We never invent stock.

6. Records

Each allocation is logged with time, cabinet, figure, remaining pool before and after, whether variety protection applied, and a verification hash. We keep those records to show the purchase came from real stock.

7. Online vs IRL

Online cabinets and physical cabinets use different stock. Scanning a QR to check in does not spend store credit and does not take a unit from the online pool.

8. Shipping

The figure sits in your binder until you send it. Courier fees are explained in the Shipping Policy (R100, free at 15 figures in one shipment).
